Pros: Cleanliness, cool working environment
Cons: Im underpaid with respect to my years of work experience
Software Development Engineer (SDE):
Work with a group of dedicated engineers. ADI puts a focus on employees and their career development. Very accommodating to a work life balance with good WFH, vacation and sick time. Total compensation is very good when you include base, bonus, stock, and 8 percent 401k.
Marketing Manager in Greensboro:
This truly used to be a great place to work for any engineer. But if you want to do anything not technical, it's just not a great place to grow at all. Especially in the last couple of years, upper management claims to want to fix things but they continue to slash budgets despite strong performance, and pay is far from competitive. There's a huge disconnect with middle management and they refuse to believe they're the problem. They point fingers below them. Manufacturing teams are understaffed and underresourced and failure to recognize the issue and own up to it is going to tear this once great organization to shreds. I'm sad to be looking to jump ship because I love the people, but the situation is only growing worse as the company continues to grow and acquire other organizations.
