I know I read articles before my first interview a few years back saying how cut throat it was and things such as that but it is not the case. It is definitely a competitive environment, you have to be the best to move up, but I think that is the way that it should be. You should have to work for your accomplishments not just get handed promotions because you have been with a company for a year. If you are driven and want to learn and succeed they offer so much training and development programs for you to utilize to move up. There are also so many departments that if one is not for you or satisfying you can always look elsewhere after your first year with the bank. Highly recommend!
Cons: Because of the nature of a contact center environment the role can become tedious. There are still plenty of things that you can do between customer interactions to keep yourself engaged if you are willing to participate in development exercises.
