"It's great assisting clients achieving the financial goals."
Pros: Conducting relationship reviews and discover their financial live priorities. By matching their existing goals with products that help the customer create better financial independence. It makes you feel great that you help your clients accomplish their dreams and also help to the their family lives. The best review it when the customer acknowledges that you are not sales base but there to help the customer understand their financial and how to achieve it.
Cons: Where I am working market fluctuates between busy summer seasons and extremely slow winter months.

Pros: I absolutely love working for BofA. They have so much opportunity for growth and offer so much to their employees. I know I read articles before my first interview a few years back saying how cut throat it was and things such as that but it is not the case. It is definitely a competitive environment, you have to be the best to move up, but I think that is the way that it should be. You should have to work for your accomplishments not just get handed promotions because you have been with a company for a year. If you are driven and want to learn and succeed they offer so much training and development programs for you to utilize to move up. There are also so many departments that if one is not for you or satisfying you can always look elsewhere after your first year with the bank. Highly recommend!
Cons: Because of the nature of a contact center environment the role can become tedious. There are still plenty of things that you can do between customer interactions to keep yourself engaged if you are willing to participate in development exercises.

Pros: There are countless opportunities to learn something new, whether it's a project or a new role. Role change is strongly encouraged and supported every 18-24 months.
Cons: I do not like daily reporting as it becomes too routine and boring. There are always daily deadlines to meet, leaving very little time for reviewing and understanding the task at hand.

Pros: All Sundays and Holidays off. Average of 45 hours per week worked. Fair salary pay.
Cons: Very hard to bonus, Hours are right in the middle of the day, stressful with the company not listening to employees, teller cuts with long customer lines and getting yelled at daily.

Pros: 9-5 job.
Cons: Not enough pay, sales.

"Too much turnover."
Pros: Number crunching, loan underwriting.
Cons: Stressful, micro management, no training, not enough experienced associates, constant turnover, No formal direction to do job.

Pros: Full time employment.
Cons: Little opportunity for advancement. Poor scheduling 2nd shift 4 - 10 hr days. No planned time to learn skills needed in position, many call types.
