Pros: my specific job work and my 2 managers
Cons: Hate the banking industry, low pay, lots of agenda pushing, office is call center/open concept set up, office infrastructure falling apart, very loud, you can hear everyone and everything around you, there is absolutely no privacy whatsoever, constant interruptions, extremely difficult to concentrate on one's work

Pros: I like BofAs ethics
Cons: The corporate attitude assumes the branch leaders have the same intentions as them for thier employees but, in fact are disconnected.

Cons: Little opportunity for advancement. Poor scheduling 2nd shift 4 - 10 hr days. No planned time to learn skills needed in position, many call types.
