Cons: Being micromanaged and no flexibly with hours

Pros: Benefits
Cons: Being watched on camera 24/7. Audit nightmare. They change policy often so if you are not up to date you may fail your audit. Since covid we are being watched on camera 24/7
Repetetive.
Bank Manager:
Pros: Simplicity, same thing day after day.
Cons: Mundane, complaining customers, possibilities of theft constantly.
Sales and Service Consultant:
Pros: Great benefits , great team , ability to move up in company.
Cons: Favoritism , scheduling , audit.
Compliance Specialist:
Pros: I enjoy the people, the work environment and the culture of the bank.
The Job.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: Full time employment.
Cons: Little opportunity for advancement. Poor scheduling 2nd shift 4 - 10 hr days. No planned time to learn skills needed in position, many call types.
Too much turnover.
Portfolio Manager:
Pros: Number crunching, loan underwriting.
Cons: Stressful, micro management, no training, not enough experienced associates, constant turnover, No formal direction to do job.
