Cons: They expect expert service to customers, but lean hard on employees who perform. If you let management make fun of you, you can be as lazy as you want. If customers appreciate your service, then you're expected to work harder.

Pros: As retail family, the education of customers for getting them the minimum-necessary items to solve their needs
Cons: Being expected/forced to ,no required to get customers to sign up for the bestbuy credit card. Or add on insurances. Micro management and ever wishy-washy policies/SOP!
