They hire but for customer service poor salary ..year once hike company makes 70million profit. But they give excuses and give increment of 5% they are showcasing worst then startup company's , they say do ur personal development plan....then forget to implement.

Managment has really fallen off the wagon and it's become a true company of board members, share holders, and numbers. PeopleService Profit has been flipped around now to Profit Service People. To many changes without thinking about the problems associated with those changes.
