Kindred Healthcare Reviews

What is it like working at Kindred Healthcare?

Medical Social Worker in York:
I found Kindred at Home to be untrustworthy - management “threw me under the bus” to save themselves from scrutiny. I question the competency of upper management - they will NOT treat you fairly. Would stay clear if this company. I was the only social worker covering 7 counties.
It is good. I like the facility. I like doing patient care.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Pros: Giving patient care.
Cons: Coworker noise and judgement. Small gym noisy and cramped.
Work hours given great flexibility, high stress level.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Pros: Excellent staff/co-workers in the therapy department and in most all other departments that team up to give quality patient care to each client we serviced.
Cons: The emphasis on 90% work productive, standard, made the job stressful.
Supportive Team.
Chaplain in Pensacola:
Pros: I find it easy to talk with my supervisor and feel as though we have a very supportive team
Cons: No separate sick leave and vacation time. You are just allotted 20 days
