What is it like working at Kohl's Corporation?
It’s nice to see to the organizations and the careful planning that goes into it, however, it can be wrecked in like a minute or so by coworkers and/or customers.
Lead Sales Associate in West Jordan:
Pros: I like the environment that my store manager has built. The Assistant managers truly care and guides and teaches me new things.

Hopeful, freely and Communicative.

Lead Sales Associate in Middletown:
Pros: I like my friends there
Cons: Lack of communication, and follow through, lack of yearly raise, and they havent hired anyone to help in my department
Great place to work and grow.
Sales Associate in Meridian:
Pros: I like the teamwork between associates and managers. I feel welcomed and respected for who I am. I like that they are very flexible with hours for those who are in college (or have kids or other such work-life balance demands). The employee discount is an amazing perk too!
Cons: Sometimes there are very rude & demanding customers that make the job extra stressful. It can also be discouraging to see your hard work (nicely folded clothes) trashes in 20 minutes by customers. Since it’s a corporation, you might have to deal with illogical corporate policies.
Is a rewarding experience. We help customers to have an amazing shopping experience by bring the brands and prices they love. We give back to our communities by volunteering.
