What is it like working at Lowe's Home Improvement Inc.?
"Fast paced environment."
Customer Service Associate:
Pros: Benefits, flexibility.
Cons: Low hours.

Cashier in Egg Harbor Township:
Pros: I like the fact that all employees are, usually, willing to help each other out. Love the flexibility of the schedule, with the managers.
Cons: Nasty, angry customers. Do not like the automated scheduling system, tends to make weird schedules.
Pros: I feel like I am treated well by my direct manager. My job is fun with the people I work with and I love to see the satisfaction on the customers face when they are happy with the product and service I have provided.
Cons: What I get paid is a big downfall. I also feel like upper management in my store could do more to make the sales floor associates feel better about how hard they work to keep the store running. They also will not work with scheduling for me to pursue college.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: Helping customers and talking to coworkers.
Cons: Working outside and no consistency.
Pros: My coworkers are great and the job pays well for what it is.
Cons: Often do not receive breaks and not nearly enough employees. There's a lot of turnover with employees.
Pros: Good place to work.
Department Manager, Hardware Store
Pros: Everyday is a different experience.
