Pretty good pay and benefits. Excellent tuition reimbursement esp. For nurses ($12k/yr) to get your MSN. Not much growth potential unless you’re there for over 10 years which is easy to do because of the pension you receive for 3% of your sataky after you’re vested 3 years in.
