Paychex, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Paychex, Inc.?
Senior Payroll Administrator:
A lot of micromanaging. You have to meet certain numbers, but aren’t really told how you’re doing unless it’s bad.
Not very many holidays off. The phone/email system has a lot of flaws. You can work from home, but it’s an all or nothing deal.
Implementation Specialist:
We are heavily overworked and underappreciated. We receive one of the lowest payscales in the industry. Some of us are afforded the benefit of working from home, but they underestimated how many people would want that when they rolled it out, and now to change positions, it is a requirement that you don't work from home.
Pretty Good Here.
Information Technology (IT) Architect in Rochester:
Pros: Great Culture and Smart People
Cons: Limited Time away
Unacceptable.
Payroll Specialist in Tulsa:
Pros: Coworker
Cons: Supervisor
Computer Operator in Naperville:
Benefits are OK, pay could be a lot better. Every year we get fewer perks. We no.longer.havy any group outings or a year end party. People who are always late or have poor performance are not reprimanded but small mistakes by others get an overreaction.
Great Workplace.
Human Resources (HR) Business Partner in Memphis:

Cons: difficult to get things done across different parts of the organization
Good working with supervisor. Manager, and most co workers.
