Piedmont Healthcare Reviews

What is it like working at Piedmont Healthcare?

December 2018
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
I worked with providers that we're good to work with, and I mostly enjoyed my employment with PHC. Raises didn't waver over years, neither yearly bonus. PAL time was kept low, but they do offer paid holidays.
January 2019
"Great place to work!"
Physician Assistant (PA) in Statesville:
Pros: Communications and the autonomy forwarded to each physician assistance based on their own skill levels.
Cons: EHR system (Allscripts).
April 2019
Physician Assistant (PA) in Statesville:
Piedmont Healthcare (PHC) is great company / health group. Only bad thing I could talk about is their EHR - Allscripts is a horrible EHR. PHC takes care of its employees with better than average pay and benefits.
August 2019
"It's decent I've never had any problems."
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Stockbridge:
Pros: easy going management is easy to communicate with
Cons: sometimes co workers can be a bit much but if you have people skills it's easy to address
June 2020
"Feel like a number and not personal."
Practice Manager in Athens:
Pros: Taking care of our oatients
Cons: Being managed by people I never see or doesn’t even know where my office is located
August 2020
"I enjoy my job. I just feel I am underpaid."
Medical Office Front Desk Specialist in Marietta:
Pros: I love making a difference and having a positive impact on my patients.
