Rite Aid Pharmacy Reviews

What is it like working at Rite Aid Pharmacy?

March 2014
"Rite Aid."
Retail Shift Supervisor:
Pros: The things I like best about my job are creating spectacular displays, resetting plan-o-grams, and just generally making the store look and feel welcoming. I like when my team and I work together towards a cohesive goal and obtain it.
Cons: I like least about my job that I can do the work and not be recognized for it verbally or pay-wise. I would like a raise, and I feel I deserve it.
June 2014
Pharmacy Technician:
Pros: The work isn't physically draining majority of the time because it doesn't require a lot of physical labor. Benefits to working for Rite Aid are the healthcare benefits after working a certain amount of hours.
Cons: The required responsibilities on a Rite Aid technician outweighs the average pay rate. The raise every year isn't even big enough to make a technician feel the company treats their employees with the utmost appreciation since they are the ones who do most of the work compared to the pharmacist.
August 2014
"I love working at rite aid."
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):
Pros: Helping out the customers. Making sure they get what they needed.
Cons: For all the work we do the techs should get paid a lot more than they do.
