Pros: It’s hands on and i learn new things everyday working directly with management themselves.
Cons: People complaining constantly about their work load.

Cons: I hate working so hard and respecting the business when they don't respect me or the hard work I do and I get paid less then everyone else.

Pros: Set schedule, and enough hours to give at least 30+ hours a week. Also health insurance.
Cons: Management plays favorites, I don't ever get requested days off, most weeks I only get one day off.

Pros: Reliable hours, Mostly stable schedule.
Cons: Questionable pay, questionable management, Schedule can change dramatically from week to week with multiple swing shifts. Schedules are only posted week to week.
