Cons: Never given a fair chance at other site that paid more, due to unexpected events- G-MA passed away/funeral, then engine seized on suv with 67,500 miles, then released one day after I got back...no justicifaction

Cons: No raises regardless of performance. No yearly performance reviews.

Pros: They made me weekend shift lead in under a month. I received officer of the month for finding security beach in there tablets. I line my job so far.
Cons: Everyone I work with are not the smartest. I work in Arkansas though so what should I really expect out of them.
