Pros: People.
Cons: Short Shifted, Layoffs, under staffed, under paid, feeling unappreciated.
Hard cause there are to many kids how don't do their job and I always have to do the work they don't.

Expect to be worked like a slave and not really shown any compensation only Thank you or good job.
