What is it like working at Sodexo, Inc.?

My view.

Pros: The opportunity to meet new people I train and the ability to work from home
Cons: That I don't feel valued in my role and don't feel the work I do is accurately portrayed
It ain't good chief.
Dishwasher in Lamoni:
Pros: They let me listen to my own music
Cons: Severely understaffed, with no intention of hiring
Stepping Stone.

Pros: If you’re young, it helps, but it’s not a career
Cons: The people who have been here the longest have the most authority, but are often times the most complacent and difficult to deal with.
Grow to your potential.

Cons: The way the piracy treat the staff always want more .for nothing so they gain it's the utility's that make managers shine to the client.
Hard but rewarding and meaningful.
Housekeeper in Westminster:
Pros: The people and the patients.
Cons: Not enough employee coverage.Areas too big for 1 person to do in 8 he. shift. Biohazard and Nurses not following protocols with Covid patients and their (sometimes) neglectful behavior with their patients.
On weekdays you have time to take breaks. On weekends not a chance because the workload is overwhelming.

Pros: Some of the people I work with make it worthwhile.
Cons: The weekends working by myself preparing for the patients and the cafeteria. No time for any type of break because if you stop for lunch for example, you have to make up for lost time.
