Only work , management is very smart and gets work done by any means , hook or crook. The company has short term plans and no organisation structure which says within a span one can achieve and be promoted. Nothing as such.
Great job, lots of training with room for advancement. Occasionally high pressure but pretty laid back most of the time. Compensation could be better but not bad overall. Benefits are not great, insurance to a big hit this year.

It is comparable to any other major manufacturing firm. Good days and bad days. Depends how you develop your people. In order to meet minimum characters it is stupid that I must have 200 characters to submit this review. They must not want many reviews.
