"Long time employee."
Pros: Working with customers. Always something new to do. Good benefits.
Cons: No work/life balance. Long hours. Micromanagement.

Pros: I like all aspects of my job. I have enough responsibility to feel important yet not overwhelmed.

Pros: With me being new to the team, the customers are so patient and nice to me. By far the best experience has been the customers.
Cons: I am new to the team and received no training. I ask a question and get attitude like it is such a problem that I am asking for help to make sure that I understand and am doing something correctly. I've been working there for a week and a half and still have no clue what they are going to pay me.

Cons: The pay is very low, and due to the unionization of the company, employees not eligible to receive raises outside of periodical raises of a few cents per hour. Very repetitive and gets boring at times.
