Biggest isn’t always the best but the resources are top of the industry.
Program Director, Radio Broadcasting in Anchorage:
Pros: Doing my morning show
Cons: Corporate stalling and incessant meetings.
A great training ground.
Administrative Assistant in Dayton:
Pros: I like the variety of my job. The interaction with people and clients. The fast pace of work and the way I am not micromanaged on my work.
Cons: The fact that top management (CEO/COO) are deciding salaries as they have not idea who i am or what I do. I don't care for the lack of annual job review and lack of annual raises or bonus availabilities.
Vice President (VP), Engineering in Charlotte:
Pros: Working with advanced new technology and innovation
Cons: Live in fear of layoffs, regardless of performance
Six Sigma Black Belt Engineer in San Antonio:
Great company. Great culture. The feel is that of a startup but my management is very supportive. Benefits could be better but management is awesome. This place lacks some structure but it keeps you on your toes and gives you the opportunity to for your voice to be heard.
Allot of attention to detail j.
Board Operator in Dallas:
Pros: Free tickets
Cons: Pay
The work environment in general is fun, but my current team is fraught with inconsistent behavior from management, which created uncertainty and mistrust.
Data Engineer in Boerne:
Pros: The friendships I have forged
Cons: The politics and the behavior around promotions and pay increases. There is no obvious path to professional growth.
Helping people get around better.
Traffic Reporter in Ashburn:
Pros: The people I work with, our camaraderie and work ethic
Cons: Currently working six days/week
