I've learned a lot at my current employer in centurion and it gives me the urge to learn more.

Pros: it is close to home, my current employer cares a lot about his employees, he has a very good heart and is flexible on personal errands
Cons: traffic can sometimes be hectic. economic downturn doesn't give me the opportunity to grow financially or physically at my current employer
