Great learning experience if you're working in research, tuition remission for employees and family, free shuttle service depending on where you live. Downside pay is low last raise was 2014 and no free parking.

Too much workload .work allocation is mixed within management area. Mixed culture is working well but you cant avoid there are some staff that is racist. Benefits are fine but I think my payrate is not enought on the work that im doing.

No advancement opportunities, low low pay $13.61, raises about .15¢ a year and you don't fit in a click, you don't fit in at all. Its like working with high school kids. A lot of arguing between coworkers. If you stay working there be prepared to keep to your self.
