Pros: I learn to know more about the organization and the people, I attend more meetings and understand the functions of division managers and their authorities. The people I am working with my manager they are all great loving people to work with, I don't get push around or micro manage, I do get my regular training, and we work as a team. Its a blessing coming to this work place and go home. I think I love what I am doing and love working for this company.
Cons: Salary salary, and that I am still not permanent. I have been working here for 1 year 3 Months now and I am still temping, not that I complain but I think its time that the company should consider now to make me permanent or give me a contract with and increase, and because of the amount of work I am doing its worth it.
