New Things.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: I love meeting new people and helping. My job makes me feel like im making a difference. In this company I see so much opportunity for growth even though I lack the education. I feel my skills, my attitude, my hunger and dedication will set me apart. My manager is always keeping me in the loop. I feel as though I've learned a lot here in the short time that I've been here. I can deal with the stress. They are also so flexible with me having to pick up my new baby. They treat you as if you were family.
Cons: I don't like that I is taking so long for me to become permanent. I keep getting praises from management and fellow coworkers, expressing to my manger how much of a wonderful job I have been doing. So that is the only thing that would be a bad thing. I love my job so much the only bad thing is I want them to keep me.

Be Proactive. Foresee problems and suggest solutions. Write down everything on a notebook and keep it for you (your notes). Make electronic copies of important documents even if you have a hard copy on file. Good phone etiquette. Good spelling and grammar, if in doubt, consult a dictionary. Your work talks about you.
