Associate Merchandiser Reviews

Q: What is it like working as an Associate Merchandiser?

Associate Merchandiser in Oshkosh:
"Mixed compilation of duties."
Pros: Being a part of a great company
Cons: Feeling under appreciated

Associate Merchandiser in Philadelphia:
"Let down."
This job flaunted lots of perks but in reality only senior management reaps those benefits (travel, shopping, etc). Skills learned in other departments in the company are shot down. This is a demeaning position for anyone with a brain.

Associate Merchandiser in Warwick:
It's hard to be a selling associate and a merchandiser in a store by yourself, however I can handle it because I have been doing it for a long time. My advice is just dont think you are going to get it all perfect on the first try or two, it takes dedication and the customer always comes first. Then you can change the jewelry bustforms, rearrange all the handbags, dress and redress all the mannequins, remerchandise most everything and then call it a day hopefully!
