Pros: Dealing with vendors and working to keep production flowing.
Cons: Pay and lack of understanding of impact of my job.

Pros: The hours I get to work and the products that I get to buy.
Cons: How much I get paid. I also do not like that there is no structure to this business.

Pros: Getting the customers parts in a timely matter.
Cons: Working on the weekends for free.

Pros: It is relatively easy, and a good transition from production work.
Cons: Not interesting, limited responsibility and limited compensation.
