Pros: Smaller town feel. You get to know your direct manager pretty well. More of a relaxed work environment on average. Comfortable friendly atmosphere.
Cons: No money. Seriously. I work full time at what was considered a good job. I live in a bachelor apartment that is the size of your average hotel room. Rent in this city is absolutely bananas and trying to find an employer who isn't a greedy son-of-a-gun who is willing to actually pay a living wage is next to impossible, even with years of post secondary under your belt. Atrocious.
