Poorly managed.

Pros: Co-workers are amazing. They are the only ones you can lean on for help or advise, although many people are leaving or laid off. My division in Vaughn was is not a good place to be. Company losing money and valuable employees
Cons: Overloaded with Customers to the point of busting. Very, very stressful.
