January 2017
1st impression not what it is really like.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Columbus:
Be prepared to work holidays, especially between November and January, have your time off of the phone to count against your adherence as you get 34 min per 8 hr shift to use the bathroom and make notes on your phone call (regardless of length of notation), take abuse from customers with regards to late deliveries, stolen packages, promotions/rewards/rules set forth by the credit card company and the seemingly ever changing rules. Not a lot of advancement opportunity, when you follow regs and you are asked for a supvr most of the time you are made to look foolish ad if you do not know what you are doing or talking about, be able to handle, at times, massive amounts of stress.
