"A lot of close amenities to workplace."
Pros: I run in the afternoon and the riverfront is such a nice place to do so. There are lots of places to eat in close proximity. There's a grocery store that is only a 5 minute walk away from almost anywhere.
Cons: The weather can get pretty hot, and cold. Living in St. Louis, you become accustomed to it. I enjoy the seasons, so it doesn't bother me too much.
