Digital Marketing Manager in Baltimore:
Mediocre. I've had a wide range of a mixed experience with them over a handful of years. When you're in their good graces and don't stand up for yourself, you're golden. When you do stand up for yourself and others, it's a less than stellar experience. Pay is sub-standard, frequent expected unofficial overtime without pay. The department and upper leadership has had little outside experience outside of the company, which needs to change for the betterment of the team, department, and company as a whole. Turnover and burnout is fairly high as well.

Decent place, but it has its issues like most places.

Pros: Cost of living is reasonable in comparison to coastal tech cities but will likely change in the near future. Commute is generally no more than an hour at any given time.
Cons: Culture is definitely hard to deal with if you are not a part of the dominant religion. And it’s more covert than ever.

Cons: No research behind decisions.
Last minute decisions made which disrupts everything.
Internal processes and procedures are not adhered to.
Roles and responsibilities are not very clear.
Ad hoc work tasks are often thrown in which takes you off coarse.
