Job Description for Education Program Coordinator

Education program coordinators are responsible for implementing educational development programs for grade-school students and developing and implementing curriculum objectives which are aligned with state standards. They also have a wide range of other tasks, including: instruction, planning, and implementation of specialized programs; reviewing and evaluating materials; reviewing and researching publications and materials for dissemination; conducting staff meetings; and attending state, local, and federal meetings, administrative conferences, monthly departmental meetings, and other committee meetings.
