Job Description for Fast Food Worker

Fast food workers are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at their fast food restaurant. They make sure the customer’s order is received in a timely and accurate manner; depending on their establishment and position, a fast food worker may be trained in handling food before, during and after preparation. If they take customer orders, fast food workers are responsible for entering orders accurately and operating a cash register. If they are responsible for food preparation, the fast food worker ensures that orders are prepared properly, quickly and in the correct order.
