"I'm accurate at whatever my task is."
Pros: Communicating, for the most part I been put in charge on the dock, I love printing out our daily assembly orders and making sure nobody is being overworked, I distribute the work evenly.I also love helping out the drivers as they don't really know much from the warehouse as far as product location.
Cons: I really can't complain I just believe they pay could be better if I'm doing multiple tasks.
