Front desk supervisors collect client feedback and pass it to supervisors as they see fit, as well as maintain accurate customer records and respond professionally to inquiries. They create staff schedule,operate front desk equipment, and process customer requests. Front desk supervisors also act as a front desk agent as needed and serve as a liaison between managers and staff members. They usually report their progress to the front-end leader in their department.
A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required for this position. Previous experience in a customer service capacity is also necessary.
