Mental health supervisors are responsible for overseeing the progress in mental health for patients in their organizations. They are tasked with interacting with patients and their families on a regular basis to provide advice for improving their conditions, as well as supervise and lead the mental health department to verify that all health tasks are completed correctly and on time. - Maintain clinical oversight of program.
- Review and sign all provider progress notes, providing feedback as necessary, and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Complete staff evaluations in conjunction with the program manager.
