Mental Health Supervisor Tasks
  • Maintain clinical oversight of program.
  • Review and sign all provider progress notes, providing feedback as necessary, and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Complete staff evaluations in conjunction with the program manager.
  • Provide training opportunities for employees as needed.
  • Provide supervision and support of individual employees, including interns, facilitators, specialists, and parent partners.
