Job Description for Order Selector

An order selector must select orders for customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. They must be able to correctly operate equipment needed to stack pallets, as well as stage and load customer orders so they can be delivered to customers without damages and errors. Order selectors also need to demonstrate accuracy and monitor their work to ensure it meets company guidelines. They need to meet all productivity standards and ensure that all work is completed within the scheduled time. Being aware of surroundings, understanding directions quickly, and being able to adapt to frequent changes are essential.
