Physical therapy aides are in charge of providing assistance to physical therapists and their patients. They are responsible for helping with set up and clean up after therapy sessions, as well as interacting with patients in a professional, friendly manner. Physical therapy aides may assist with transportation duties and handle administrative responsibilities such as checking patients in, scheduling future visits, and completing insurance authorizations.
