Q: What is it like working as a Producer or Director?

Producer or Director in Silver Spring:
"Limited creative control & limited pay."
Pros: I get to play the Drums
Cons: Limited pay & small minded individuals

Producer or Director in Meridian:
"Working as a Video Director/Producer for a trade school."
Pros: The culture here is amazing and wonderful. There is no way I could find a better group of people than the ones I work with directly. Not only that but the benefits are amazing and the atmosphere is great.
Cons: I don't think many people outside of our department realize how many videos we are truly making all the time, traveling coast to coast constantly. I would like to say I make as much as the average person with my title, but I have never worked on this many videos before in such a short window of time working anywhere else, to be recognized for that through some form of compensation would be appreciated.
