January 2015
Pros: I like talking to new people all the time, the owners are very lenient at times and I can dress casually.
Cons: We sit around for hours waiting for clients to come in, we sit and do nothing and that irritates me. I have no contract, no UIF, no pay slips.
February 2015
"Life at IMC."
Pros: I like that I am not surrounded by a lot of people so there's not much office politics.
Cons: When people start taking advantage of your intelligence and getting you to do their work for them because they are lazy to do it themselves. The always throwing tantrums and being a bit racist to his employees. Too arrogant.
