Pros: The store manager is competent and nice. Being close to my kids. For the most part, friendly and hard working coworkers. Not too far of a commute that makes it even worth it to work in that location.
Cons: Cost of living. It's on the outskirts of Oceanside, which is a little out of the way for employees, however, ideal for beach goers.
