Retail Store Manager:
This position an lead you into many others in the retail world. I've used many skills, and developed many people. It can be very rewarding but also very difficult. You must be able to multi task, adjust to many different situations and work difficult hours.

Cons: The hours I have to put in everyday do to lack of payroll.

Pros: I enjoy being able to take charge and change things that will better our business. I enjoy developing people to become better.
Cons: Right now there are a lot of clunky procedures that are in our way of making more money. It doesn't allow a lot of flexibility in schedule.
