Retail Store Manager:
Pros: Interacting with individuals both customers & team members. The generosity and caring nature of our donors. The ever changing products. Policy development. Supplier contract negotiations. The research of results using sales and salary reports.
Cons: Having to deal with negative customer interaction, such as complaints, and theft.

Pros: Working with the people on a daily basis and never having the same day 2 times in a row.
Cons: It's very demanding and stressful at times.

Find out as much as you can about the sales history and come up with a plan to improve it.

Get organized as soon as possible. Find a place for everything. Start out firm, you can soften later.

Always find out how you go up the ladder because otherwise u don't move forward, I have been on minimum wage for 6 years.
