Pros: The people are amazing, the culture is phenomenal and the mission is impeccable.
Cons: Since I work from home, I have a difficult time managing work/home balance.

Pros: I can ask off for almost any day and get it off within reason.
Cons: Lots of things are bad about this job. Too many to list here.

Pros: THAT FACT THAT I AM WILLING TO PUT THE HOURS I NEED TO IN ORDER TO GET THINGS DONE. WILLING TO GET NO SLEEP TO MAKE MY DREAMS COME TRUE.
Cons: I PUT WORK BEFORE A LOT OF THINGS.

Pros: I love the customers, the math, autonomy, and freedom that I have with this position. I enjoy being left to make decisions on my own and trusted that my knowledge and experience are going to beneficial in various situations.
Cons: My manager and my pay. Both are lazy and underwhelming.

Cons: Management to employee relationships, are not always transparent.

Pros: I love interacting with the different customers. I love being able to help the customer's with everything. I love how you can broadcast your individual creativity.
Cons: They will not move me up to a higher position. I feel as if I don't get paid enough. They don't give me enough hours.
