Pros: Customer service and fixing the opportunity for the customer.
Cons: Oncall.

"Cost of Living."
Pros: Cost of living is much lower than California. Was my main reason I moved to Arizona in 2009.
Cons: Employer expectations are higher with workload and less pay. No consideration towards inflation.

Pros: Proximity to home.
Cons: Salary.

Pros: Decent food all around the area.
Cons: The traffic and people not being able to drive.

Pros: I work with a good bunch of people.
Cons: There is no room for job growth or promotion. Training is very ad hoc. There is no support for anything that looks like career advancement.
