Trainer, Information Systems (IS) in Rockford:
"Lots of hard work."
Pros: Meeting the new hires and helping them excel in their job.
Cons: There are no incentives and it is expected of you to do whatever you are told to do no matter if it is in your job title. No regards for family life.

Trainer, Information Systems (IS) in Albuquerque:
"Epic Credentialed Trainer."
Pros: The flexibility of working at my own pace unless there is a deadline. The culture with other trainers are fantastic. Office Conditions are decent. The direct management communicates fully.
Cons: The culture is moving away from making more choices that make it difficult to individualize. A feeling of a glass ceiling due to not being a Nurse. Stress level can be high at times due to walking on egg shells when higher level boss is here and she never communicates with the team. The higher level management never communicates.
