"Constant burns, very dirty,"
Do something else, constant flesh burns, eminent danger to eyes, and hands. .

"Fun and creative."
Pros: Freedom to be creative and better my skill as a welder.
Cons: Pay isn't very good.

Welder in Calverton:
"I like it."
Pros: Not having to be dealing with people.
Cons: Not happy with the money I'm making.

Welder in Menomonee Falls:
"Very hard work."
I would explain to them that school is important.

Welder in Denver:
Be flexible and be ready to go where the work is.

Welder in Manchester:
I didn't realize the inexperience I would be working with. Have to really keep an eye on your stall mate and the turnover is very high in this type of work. Lots of new people coming and going.

Welder in Milwaukee:
"Start at the bottom. Regardless of experience."
Pros: I weld in my own booth.
Cons: Terrible benefits. Greedy company owner. Health side affects.
