2. New CEO (who is very sharp) & PE firm blasted budgets.
3. Series of layoffs (10% RIF).
4. We were just dumped by PE firm for pennies on the dollar.
The hope is the new owners (as of 9/30) will inject money into the company and allow us to pare down product line and get rid of the staff still stuck in "API Mode"
