Shortly after 90 days and good review of my performance, a new Director was hired. From that time on, things changed quickly for me and was criticized for all that I did and had my manager pass the message's. Now I was not fulfilled and I could not meet their expectations. I felt left to dig myself a hole. After a meeting to fix things, which I requested.
