Job Description for Senior Privacy & Security Analyst

Viruses, service attacks, and outright hacking can be incredibly costly to companies not only in terms of theft and downtime, but also due to attempts to prevent unwelcome intrusions. A senior privacy and security analyst is a management-level employee who examines an organization's communication, storage, and sharing policies and procedures and recommends the safest and most cost-efficient ways to secure them from unauthorized use and/or invasion.


Senior Privacy & Security Analyst Tasks

  • Locate and remove malware in a timely manner.
  • Process incoming samples and create detection policies for identifying them in the future.
  • Identify and prevent current and future threats to user security and privacy.
