Job Description for Senior Project Manager, Commercial Real Estate

Senior project managers in commercial real estate are responsible for managing commercial real estate projects from development to implementation to completion. They are in charge of preparing budgets, organizing schedules, designing layouts, managing teams and employees, and working with clients. Other tasks performed by these managers include selecting construction sites, delegating project tasks, and conducting any additional managerial tasks required. Senior project managers complete paperwork, draft reviews, perform interviews, and conduct Internet-based research as well.
