Site acquisition/leasing managers (telecommunications) are responsible for coordinating telecommunications site acquisition and leasing activities on behalf of their organization. They are in charge of completing site candidate identification packages, as well as lease and zoning audits. They manage of group of leasing/acquisition professionals to reach all company goals in a timely manner. They are also responsible for researching zoning codes and regulations that might affect the development of a telecommunications site. They must possess strong communication skills to relay technical and legal information to company executives as required.
